I disagree. I think there's enough evidence of strain to suggest that this was full. We can't see her thumbs. And the pads of her palms appear to be in contact with the ....

There's additional evidence that should be considered....
a) no visible selo - one would expect to see one if it were full of port
b) maximum size for a ruby reserve without prior IVDP approval is 150cl (i think....) - how likely is it that special approval was sought for a bottle of 6 Grapes?
