2011 Smaller Producers Horizontal - London, 23rd April 2032

An event to consider the smaller producers of this great year at a time when their ports might be at their peak.

AHB has asked, should he bring his single bottles of smaller producers to this event or save them for 2051. I think if we really have only one bottle of some of these, then they should be drunk at this event, as there's potentially (or, this being I should say 'arguably') more chance of them being in a good window. What a shame it would be to have them only when they're slightly over the hill.

Count me in, I'll be 71 on that day and if I have any decent port left will bring along a bottle or two but nothing from 1961!

Just one little point not to be overlooked, April 23rd. is St. George's Day and by 2032 maybe the English might even have got around to celebrating their Patron Saint.
