Hi Paull,

Welcome to :tpf:

I don't think I have ever seen an Offley LBV in the UK. Sorry.

I found this but it seems a little pricey
Port is basically a red drink

That is a tad more than I would be prepared to pay for an OLBV. More sources required!

Is there a specific reason why you're after Offley LBV? I'm sure the British members here can give you a number of alternatives that are readily available in the UK and offer good value.

Welcome aboard Paul!

I have a few bottles of the '84 Offley LBV - seemingly filtered, as almost bereft of sediment, but fitted with driven corks, as opposed to the stoppers normally used for the filtered LBV's.

The last bottle I drank did not exactly inpsire me - well over the hill now, I think..

..I'll give you a bottle if you like..!

You could also try The Drinks Group which states that it is the UK distributor. They even have an email address: availability [at] drinksgrp [dot] co [dot] uk and a phone number: 0845 260 8870 for availability inquiries.

Hi

Thanks for all the comments. I bought the Offleys LBV for a number of years and then it just disappeared. The reason I like the Offleys is its peppery but smooth taste
:crying:
