For EIIR 100 Tasting - 21 April 2026
Bottle from a case of 12, purchased via WineOwners in 2020.
Level into neck. Good cork.
Opened and decanted at 1330, 2 hours in decanter, rebooted and VacUVined.
QA sample good.

Just realised that the end branding isn't particularly clear. Next time I open one will get a better picture.
