Pictures of glasses. Hoping to show colour variation.
Always difficult given lighting in Red Room, but lights were reasonably good above my set...

Those colors! The RP and WC look 10 years younger than the rest.

I was not expecting to enjoy this tasting, expecting it more to be an exercise of tasting through the wines to see how they are developing towards eventual maturity.

Was I wrong! Most of these wines are delicious, full of fruit. There wasn't one I wouldn't be happy opening and finishing at home. I came away from the evening really pleased Michael had chosen this as a theme - 1995s at 30 years of age.

Delicious wines!

This is good to know - 1995 feels like an "unfashionable" year so I wonder if there might be some bargains to be had for near-future drinking...
