Absolutely black to rim - 98% opaque

Huge fruity nose - - black cherries with some silky kirsch and chocolate notes

Fruit is firm and full - in the black fruit spectrum- with rather thrilling tannins

This is remarkable wine, and completely different to the straight Colheita - proper vineyard difference here. Really interesting now, but needs more time in barrel to become amazing. I predict this could be a really great colheita port if there is another barrel to be drawn off in 10-15-20 years.
