1983 Chateau Pavie
Don't, just don't. Absolutely undrinkable, so full of brett to be positively disgusting. This went down the sink. Such lazy, shoddy winemaking should never have been tolerated. Opened and later disposed of on 21-May-23.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
