2002 Dom Perignon
From what appears to be
“F0z(2?)0(o?)s0(o?)61”
Elsewhere I like minded consumer of 2002 dp wrote
“Dom 02 was stellar a few years back, but is in my view ageing alarmingly quickly. I've drunk all mine.
Sounds like you are having more fun than we are at the moment, though.”
I share this sentiment but would add:
19+ years from harvest is beyond “Usne bola atara”.
Dom from the 50s and 60s was slept on big time and my boy ps housed it, literally. Don’t known where he at now, but literally had a house 52degrees stacked with degrees dps, and trees. Tip a Dutch
Wine is too much acid at the point against the fruit, and isn’t aged right in response. I left a few glasses worth in bottle for tomorrow but hopes low (usually next day champs is hardcore inside )
I have a sentimental attachment to 2006 dp, and I have a Quevedo sized commitment to 2008 dp

Re: 2002 Dom Perignon
In my Croft note. We discuss the difficulties quantifying wine enjoyment
In this note, let’s us discuss the difficulties describing wine
“Greenerapple tart lemon rind “
Might well describe 90pct Vint champ w at least 30pct chard
Doesn’t say poop about /002 dp
What id say, having just killed the bottle, is drink now -35 months or keep 20-35 years. In between not recommended but ymmv and invite me just in case I’m wrong!

As someone who is somewhat obsessive compulsive, I don't like the way you cut cheese.
