BMHR, AHB and NS got together at the Boot & Flogger to relax, catch up and share some port. The B&F was extremely busy but we were looked after in the usual impeccable manner. Time went by so quickly that I missed my planned train, but it was a thoroughly relaxing evening in good company.
And the ports were excellent. A wonderfully smooth Malvedos '86, a mature but assertive Taylor 1970 and a mellow and gentle Delaforce 1963. Simply splendid.

Re: Thu 10th Nov, Three Different Ports
One observation AHB has neglected to mention is that the 3 ports perfectly reflected the expected style of port at each of the age brackets. It was as though they had been a single port magically time-warped to appear side by side over the decades!
I thoroughly enjoyed them too.
