With humble thanks to Wolfgang for sharing some lovely wines over a splendid dinner at Otto's, I am posting a handful of tasting notes on some of the wines we had.

Modest red colour, clear and attractive; 90% opaque. Farmyard smells on the nose, well developed and pronounced - deeply fruity and intense, full of dark brambles. Lovely texture on entry, smoothly and silky. Lovely dark fruit on the palate with generous tannins providing a great structure. Terrific palate, full of fruit that is rich and deep. Little complexity but great presence. Wonderful fruity aftertaste and a huge, long lasting finish. This is a fabulous wine. 93/100. Drunk 15-Apr-15
