Anyone know anything about this one? I'll take any info, even in general about the producer.

Appears as a basic ruby. Out of my step-dad's house--expect been there for many years.

Its been stored upright, very depressed cork, looks like a tawny with sediment in the bottom so I expect nothing; but will in due time try it.

Sociedad dos Vinhos do Alto Corgo sounds like a co-op - not one I've ever come across. Any date anywhere?

That looks like a T-stopper to me so tonging may not give you anything.

I'm also intrigued by the sello. I have never seen a sello like that before.

See thread on , has additional images. The "Selo" is from the Pennsylvania liquor control board.

Sadly, this was completely oxidized and mostly undrinkable...flavors included orange and slight nuttiness but a dominating pine resin spirit just crushed any possible enjoyment....not meant to be aged that long and stored poorly so did not expect much.
