I have a half-case of this which I purchased in '99 for delivery in 2000.
Due to a change in circumstances, I no longer feel the need to keep it.
Photos attchd. Case is unopened, as shipped.
Also have four singletons, which may be of interest to somebody out there.
All have been laid, since my first acquisition of them, listed below.
Smith Woodhouse 1975 – 75 cl x 1
Feuerheerd 1983 – 75 cl x 1
Dows Quinta Do Bomfim 1986 – 75 cl x 1
Quinta Do Vale D.Maria – 1997 – 75 cl x 1
Photos avlbe.
Thanks for your input.
Martin
ps I am in West London, a mile north of LHR. (Not quite under threat from third runway)

Could you let us know please how these have been stored since you bought them, and where they were originally acquired from?
I'm interested in the Smith Woodhouse 97, and possibly the others. Photos of the single bottles would be appreciated.
Edit. Sorry, 97. Mistype.

Pre-ordered from Sunday Times WC in '99 for shipment after bottling in 2000.
All bottles have been laid, either in my home, or for a few years in storage. Now all with me again.
Photos of singletons attached. ( 2 only - others in seperate post)

I assume that you have read
this?
The Smith Woodhouse won't fetch much selling them, the others perhaps a bit more (although the 75 is probably not of interest to me) - the usual advise is for the seller to reconsider and drink them or give to friends - are you sure that this is not a better option?
If you are sure about selling, where exactly have they been stored please - kitchen, cellar, garage, dark cupboard etc?

Thanks for your input.
The surgery I'm expecting next month dictates that I won't be drinking port, or possibly even beer afterwards.
My friends aren't big port appreciaters, but I will be passing them my LBV's and 10yr olds.
So, thanks for comments, but I'll move them on to an auction house that has expressed an interest in selling them for me.

Very sorry to read of your health issues. Glad to read you have solved selling your bottles.
Hope both get the best result for you. Good luck.
