If placemats are wanted, send the usual details (who, where, when = Sat 02 Feb?) by one of the usual means. Nineteen glasses will require an A3 and an A4 per person: verify that there is space. Also say which glasses you want on the A4, and whether there is to be any sub-division into flights.
