99% opaque, red rim
Brooding nose of black fruits with hints of muscles behind it
Modestly enveloping black cherry fruit on the front palate - not quite the intensity I would hope for given the nose - and then the tannins come crashing in, rather reassuringly. Some structure there. Some orange, late on the palate.
Will be good, in the future. Perhaps drink in 2039?
