For some but not all people I have guessed — well, copy-pasted. Please inspect the current draft of the food order, and approve or amend or instruct, as appropriate.

Zak, Wolfgang, Harry, Ben: please reveal which bottle you’ll be bringing.
Perfect. Thank you.

I tried to move us to the Red Room given that we are now 10. Unfortunately the Red Room is already booked by someone else. I have been assured that 10 of us plus 100 glasses will fit into a room capable of holding 12.

However, if anyone happens to be close to the B&F in the next couple of weeks, I’d appreciate a second opinion.

JDaw did recommend I post here to the forum, but I don't think I could handle such a big night out on this trip. As it stands, I am in the London area just prior to this tasting. I wish you all a wonderful tasting (which, by that line up, you will certainly have), and if anyone should want to meet up during the 10 days immediately preceding this tasting, please send along a PM.

Because of table-space concerns, the placemats will need trimming. Neil: please volunteer to print.

Though not yet — Zak and Ben to reveal.

Yes, can print. However, not going into work on 24th, so the placemats will need to be ready to print on morning of Tuesday 18th. Can’t guarantee being able to do them after this.

Looking good for me attending. I will be bring a unknown bottle (It was bought as one of the bottles on the table already), but I think that it might be one of the others.

Then don’t. I can trim, perhaps with scissors.

I’m pleased to say that we have just been upsized from the 1931 room to the Ovens. We might rattle around a little, but at least we won’t be cramped.

I believe that the food order is good. Usual rules apply: if there’s an error, it’s your fault, because you didn’t check. So check.

The ring of the T70 shows 63. Otherwise, I have cross checked and it all seems good.

It seems that, for these, I was careless. Thank you for finding the errors. Believed fixed.

Since we're only 11, it's also a chance for me to bring a guest along. Quite correctly his initials are BH, which fits very nicely after Harry's guest, whose initials are AH.

Really sorry all, my wife is now away on business that week and so whilst I have been trying to find alternative childcare arrangements I have been unsuccessful and so will have to unfortunately bow out of this.

You, and your Taylor 1970, will be missed. See you at a subsequent event.

Not yet printed. Likely to happen on the day. So thank you for the T70, which has been re-added to the placemats.
