Julian organised this tasting to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first tasting which used placemats made by the software.

40% opacity, mature red, brownish rim, very slightly cloudy. Faint hints of candy, drying strawberries on the nose. Gentle heat along the palate, dried strawberries, thins out in the finish.
One hour later: Softer, smoother, creamy candy and strawberry.
Very nice.
