Deep garnet colour, complex aromatics. Blackberry jam, dried red cherry and dried berry mix, cranberry, dried fig, plums, fresh walnut, freshly ground coffee beans, blossom, and subtle hints of menthol. Sweet, intensely flavoured with cocoa and coffee beans, mocha, dried red berry mix, currants and cherries, hints of smoke here and there and a hint of bitterness that acts as a perception of dryness and forms a balance against the sweetness of the port. High acidity provides a mouth-watering sensation and the long finish with complex flavours following through and through makes this a statement port. Outstanding!
