First of an OWC purchased 2019. Double-decanted at 0720 on 16/11/21. Fair amount of thick sediment. Smells lovely. QC check of dregs positive.

Paling rim.

Lovely nose of summer fruit compote.

Delicious and fragrant on the palate. My WOTN, the group's #2.

50% opacity, dark red. Powerful rich nose, damson. Lovely, rich, sweet, full, fruity gem. Damson, dryness, rounded. Top stuff.

Big summer fruits. Sweet, full, good heat, everything you want. Joint WOTN for me.

Double decanted 13½ hours. Deep red, just turning towards a brick tone. Little showing on the nose, remarkably closed. The palate s much better with delicious rich fruit and milk chocolate. The tannins are nicely ripe and the fruit on the mid-palate is exquisite. The whole combine to give a fabulous palate. Deep, sweet dark cherry dominates the finish. An amazing bottle of an excellent Port. 97/100. 16-Nov-21. Decanted 13½ hours.
