Neil arranged a magnificent tasting to commemorate VE day, postponed by ᴄoᴠiᴅ until eventually held in the Lutyens Room at 67 Pall Mall on Wednesday 8th September 2021.

T48, newly decanted and served somewhat cold. Nose: acrid meat, and I thought off. Others said corked.

Dark, fine looking port. Alas TCA on nose - faint but unmistakeable, dash it. A dreadful shame because there was clearly something pretty special underneath it.

Dark in colour, 60% opaque. TCA on the nose. Foul on the palate. NR.
