Dixon's Double Diamond

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Richard Taylor, of Silchester Cellars, has revived this old Port name and has been importing a 10 Year Old Tawny bearing the Dixon's Double Diamond name for some time. Richard has very generously provided me with two bottles to open at different TPF tastings for us to share.

Further bottles are available for us to purchase, shoudl we like the wine. I'll make sure I come armed with both the details of pricing / availability but also with the absolutely wonderful history of this brand which Richard has put together in a folder.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: DR Very Old White, Graham Stone Terraces 2011, Quevedo Branco 1986 b.2026
