Tasting notes:
Note: on the evening, we opened what was expected to be a 1935 Cockburn and discovered it to be a 1950 Cockburn, hence two entries for 1950 Cockburn in the tasting notes.

20% opacity, brown amber. Toffee and citrus, oranges. Smooth, balanced, extracted orange and caramel. Silky mouthfeel.

Mid shoulder fill. Sourced from Four Walls as "believed Cockburn 1924" but the cork was unbranded and the bottle looked to be 19th century.
Orange core with a green hint on the rim; 20% opaque. Slightly oxidised nose, a touch harsh and lacking in fruit. Nice texture on the palate, light bodied but with orange peel consistently present. The brown sugar and bruised orange builds to a reasonable level but the whole is slightly too sweet to be good. 86/100.
