The Burne Turner 1904 cork definitely has one line of branding on it, but i'm finding it impossible to make sense of it.
I'm going to preserve this cork - as there a few of these bottles around, can people please urge the preservation of any future corks - perhaps with two to compare, all will reveal itself..

A belated thank you for the wonderful organisation of the Christmas annual tasting. What a great evening. The steaks were fab!
Regarding the B&T, I have a couple and will certainly keep the next cork. In fact I will make sure you are there when I open it.
