The £500 is not a preliminary but a subsidiary cost.

Not a ground source heat pump. Much more straightforward.

A wind farm? What about all those Belfast nimbys? Surely they won't allow you to despoil their view and slaughter their migratory birds?

It was a bird like the merlin, the great egret or the rook. All of which do winter in the Cologne Lowland.
