It's a Colheita as the label states "Matured in wood." It looks like it uses a T-cork stopper, and the capsule looks like it may have been cut (but it's hard to tell from the pic).

I've blown the picture up and I have to agree with Andy's assessment of the capsule. It is not cut at the base of the T but at the top. This could be due to accidental damage but it does not bode well. Looks like a curiosity at best.
Port is basically a red drink
