Apologies for the short notice, but I can no longer attend this tasting, having mistaken the day. I have a series of meetings through until after six in Birmingham.

Hang on a minute - it’s the planner that’s wrong. This tasting is on the 17th after all! I can still attend! Hurrah!

A parcel arrived safely this morning, the contents of which will be stood in the cellar to settle and be decanted on Wednesday morning before I depart for London.

How have these developed with 10 years in bottle?

I plan to serve the Qv14 closure samples blind, from Sandeman 20YO bottles so I suggest that the "DUMPY", "STRAIGHT" be removed from the circles.

Oscar is bringing a bottle as well as the closure samples so we need to add a circle for his bottle.

HTWH is attending so we need a spare sheet of A4 just in case there are some spare bottles...
