A Ramos Pinto vertical was held on Tuesday 9th June 2026 (our first in 11.6 years), at the traditioonal Boot & Flogger, as arranged by Michael M., for whom Neil C. late deputised.

RP24, bottled 1926, from HTWH. Orange, 20% opaque. Palate had pineapple acidity, which made me think of a light-damaged Sauternes. GEAG said, not wrongly, “Hmm.”.

1926 bottled Bom Retiro. A muddy yellow. Tastes as it looks. Not a lot going on.
