If Alex doesn't have a Graham's The Stone Terraces VP I can bring mine. I can also bring the Niepoort Bioma Vinha Velha VP if DJ is unable to attend.

I currently have 18 GST11. That might be enough to last until 2051. I open one for a vertical every time Graham's declares a new GST.
So far that has averaged one vintage every 3 years. 11, 15, 16, 17, and 21 since 2011. Though a potential 2024 declaration, which seems likely, won't be known for another month or so. Since I love GST, let's assume every 2.5 years so that we get more of it.
25 years to go means 10 more declarations and 10 more verticals. I currently have 18 bottles left. Ergo, I have sufficient quantities to reserve one for this tasting.
(I have other 2011s, but this one seems like the one most likely to be difficult to find in 25 more years. There were only 250 9-liter cases made.)

And a reply has been received.

Well it's good to plan ahead!
As it is a Sunday where we are not generally open in the evening it is good to get ahead.
I can certainly pop a booking enquiry in on the date with a follow up to contact you earlier that year?
It would be smart to follow up yourselves closer to the year in case the booking system in the intervening four decades has been changed and to catch up with the then current manager who potentially has not yet been born....
