Half bottle

It’s a warm night so pop and decant and pour and refrigerate

99% opaque, red rim

Rich nose of ripe williams pear with underlying red fruit coulis.

The palate starts with cool blue fruits before the Dow red currant breaks in about 5 seconds later. Later, some loganberry.

The tannins still hidden until 30+ seconds on but they are there, biding their time.

Ridiculously delicious.

Have a case in the cellar - I'll probably only open in 20 years, but good to hear a positive tasting!
