Tasted here

From JDAW's cellars, Oporto bottled (are all SW70?), modern-ish selo (suggesting not shipped in 70s when it would presumably have been the larger IVP style)

Uncorked evening prior and double decanted morning of (for 6.30pm tasting).

Stunning nose that screams fabulous mature port - wonderful savoury / umami profile, dark fruits, unctuous and powerful. Super / in prime of life. 94 pts if I'm forced to score, but overwhelming impression was that this port was singing and showing to the absolute best of its potential (which is always very gratifying). I will remember this as a reference SW70!

Guessed by me as CK70 from Blenheim (having been reading the posts about that stock, and been served a similarly spectacular bottle of Ck70 the previous week by WS1).
