Cá94: dark dark red, 70% opaque. Soft, rich, very gentle plum fruit — just not aggressively. Liked.

60%, red, no brown. Muted nose. Quite liked the palate (but notes getting a bit brief by this point). 5/7.

Deep red in colour, 90% opaque. Vibrant blackcurrant nose, a smell which pours out of the glass - fresh and full of fruit. Icing sugar dusted redcurrant fruit fills the mouth and holds together with an attractive balance. Rich redcurrant aftertaste, a little sweet with the fruit merging with a little too much icing sugar to give a bit of a sweet and sticky finish. An attractive wine, but not as well balanced as most other wines at this 1994 horizontal. 90/100. Decanted 8 hours.
