12 hour decant. Cork a bit of a shocker but got it all out in the end.
Yellow rim, wine a deep reddish bronze.
Menthol and star anise on the nose, not promising much fruit.
Quite mouthcoating glycerin entry with some rose hip and star anise syrup, clementines following.
Fades quite quickly through rhubarb and custard to woody undergrowth.
This is quite pleasant wine although not one anyone needs to seek out particularly.
This is another bottle from the same case as the previous two notes on this wine.
