Top Ports in 2022: Quinta do Noval Nacional 1931. I have never drunk such a wonderful bottle of Port. I cried with joy.
2023: Fonseca 1966. There are not many better Ports, except a good bottle of Fonseca 1927. Wow!

It looks like I have left it too late for this event as it's fully subscribed. I will go on the waiting list but I don't suppose anyone has a spare ticket...?

I've promised my spare ticket to JDAW, but if he declines then I will let you know.
Did BBR give you any idea of how far down the wait list you are? There's normally a good 10-12 people from the wait-list who get in on the day.

Ian’s post had me scurrying to the cupboard to see if I had remembered to buy a ticket. It turns out I did remember.
I’d be up for dinner Alex.

DRL has confirmed no dinner. AHB and MPM have confirmed they would be interested in dinner.
Are people happy to go to one of the Clubs round the corner from BBR?

The East India club have Fonseca 1985 magnums @£150c Taylor 1992 @ £100 or Noval 1995 @ £65.
The Oxford and Cambridge have Taylor 1994 at a similar price.
Any preference where we dine?
Mike - it looks like it’s just you and me.

Don't mind Alex - maybe East India for a change of scenery? T92 attractive at that price!

Alex; dinner would be great but as in previous years I have other plans - Thank you
Re: Thu 22 Nov - Berry Bothers Port Walk
FYI, I definitely cannot attend.
Perhaps somebody else could do the traditional call for port enthusiasts?

So what was it like? What ports did they show? Did you learn about the demarcated region?
