Fun Foodie experiences

Post by Doggett »

Whilst enjoying some fine port at the B&F last night, a couple of ideas for experiences that are well worth doing came up in conversation. I have been lucky enough to enjoy both the below when they were a bit cheaper, and although a bit pricey I can recommend them as great fun and very interesting if you are looking to enjoy some great food and learn something at the same time.

1. Carving course at Simpsons on the Strand

2. Butchery course at the Ginger Pig

And one I want to do but have yet to try...

Brindisa ham carving class...

I've been on the Ginger Pig beef class and it was great. The ham carving looks very good.
