Decanted at 15.30, returned to the original bottle at 17.30, drunk at 20.00: opaque with a narrow rim. Warm cherry nose. Light in texture on entry, rich cherries and a fabulous fennel-toned fine-grained tannin. Youthful, but starting to mature; dry core, refined and very elegant. Such a wonderful perfume! A touch dry on the aftertaste, before the perfumed cherry fruit. 92/100. Drunk 03-Jun-21. Decanted 4½ hours.
