One of six bottles acquired from Seckford in June 2021.

Level into neck, no obvious seepage.
Cork came out more or less whole. Very heavy sediment.
Double decanted and Vac-u-Vined at 0700 on morning of tasting.
Passed QA tasting.

Middling garnet hue. Smooth. Delicious black cherry wine for drinking now.

My WOTN. Relatively dark compared to others. A smooth port with cherry bakewell delight and long length. Really lovely and drinking great.

Reddish in the middle. Nose is attractive but subtle. In the mouth, very limited fruit. Slightly orangey. Little acidic. No tannins. Short aftertaste. Fine.

Pale red, slightly red/orange rim. The nose seemed a little subdued for my liking. The palate picked up a bit, with red cherries and maybe some orange blossom. I found the rather smooth aftertaste to be over too quickly, though.
