1945 Taylor

Still looks in full vigour with little browning.

Beautiful, ethereal, nose.

Violets. Chestnuts.

'I could drink this all night', my notes record.

Tasted 10 May 2021.

10 May 2021 sounds like a cracking night with a fantastic line up of bottles!

It was a truly special evening, comfortably the best night of ports of my life.

An indescribable amount of rubbish was talked, too. All of it desperately necessary, at an in-person event for the first time in a while.

I eventually tootled home about 0100, warbling 'A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square' as I passed through said square en route.
