May I suggest that the Gould Campbell Vintage be in the same flight as the Gould Campbell LBV? I believe only a single bottle is available, in which case, no. And I was wrong - we have 2+ bottles and so we can add the GC70LBV into flight 1. Seeing as Cockburn and Martinez were not owned by the Syms...

I suspect that a number of the ports in flight 0 may not be so stellar, and as pours will be 35ml, I think it would be sensible to have some other port to hand to quench the thirst. Other ports could include: a tregnum of Graham 1970 various 1970 colheita ports Taylor single harvest 75cl Maynards 75...

W03 decanted at 0900. Sample suggests all is well.

So far, every 2003 from SFE that I have opened has an additional plastic shrink-sealed capsule beneath the black metal capsule.
