Yes, that's the one! In that document, there are 64 Tinto and 46 Branco that are authorized for Port. Plus an additional 1 Tinto and 4 Branco that are only authorized for Douro wines. Also note that Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, are only allowed in Douro DOC sparkling wine, not in DOC st...

That's a great looking glass of White Port. Quevedo is pretty much impossible to locate in the U.S. so I'd have to order directly from them once it's released. Their 30 y.o. I like Ck67; it's a gentle and enjoyable softer port rather than powerhouse, and often found at quite reasonable prices. I haven't seen another bottle of the "Joanna" bottling of Ck67 for a while now. I have one left (out of 12) in my cellar, but haven't seen any of these offered for sale...

I was looking at a Bonhams affiliate's auction in Denmark and came across this Port. I've never heard of it before. Has anyone ever tried it or heard of it? It's a 1935 bottling.

For Christmas Eve I popped open a 1968 Andresen Colheita. It was concentrated and savory.
Christmas dinner I opened a 2001 Bodegas Valsacro Rioja Dioro (Tempranillo) to have with our standing rib roast. It was excellent.
After dinner I opened a Quinta da Romaneira 40 y.o. Tawny. It was sublime.

This begs another question. Many of the older Ports used "field blends". From what I've read, sometimes they didn't know what some of the grapes might be. I believe there's still some field blends still being produced today on a more limited basis. Has the IVDP identified all of the grapes...

Maybe some background info for the 1970 Avery Port from the company: I have only found the "possible" blends for the 60, 63 and 66 I can almost say they are correct but every so often there is a note saying - also added... - there are some hints at the 70 but not a "full" recipe...

These are the 3 different types of capsules, but the labels are all BB&R. The black wax capsules look professionally done. And the other black wax capsules (4 including the one in the pic) are identical to the one in the pic. Fill levels are either base neck or top shoulder. All bottles are gree...

@ PhilW. Just a minute ago, I came across a 4th BB&R 1966 Fonseca. This one has the dark green capsule with the BBR / arms on the top. The labels are identical across all 4 bottles (although I know they could easily be faked.).
