Yeasty concoction with not enough bubbles yet from natural fermentation.
Barrel stored for 2 weeks, bottle aged for another 2 days (supposed to wait multiple weeks, but I got bored)
light pale straw colored smells of light lemon zest and white bread.
light in body and flavor.
tastes like a smoother bud light.
60/100, at least it makes a good mouth cleanser

I used to make my own sparkling cider and was always really surprised at how much better it was if I found a bottle in the cupboard that had been overlooked and left there for 6 months.
Don't drink it too young - let it mature properly!
