Valuation / sale advice for 25 bottles of Port (London, UK)

I recently inherited some bottles of port from my parents. The port was kept in my mother's cellar on its side until we brought it upstairs where we kept it in a rack in a cool cupboard.
I am based in near the city in London and would appreciate any advice on valuation and how best to go about selling them.
