2011 Château Gressier de Grand Poujeaux

Made at Chasse-Spleen from a plot acquired in 2003. A very slight acid nose. Lovely dryness, cedar and spice, oak - lots of tannin and acidity in a finish of medium length. It wasn't especially exciting, but liked more than the Héritage de Chasse-Spleen.
