2011 Héritage de Chasse-Spleen

50-50 Cab Sauv and Merlot. Also, not a Moulis but an Haut-Modoc. Already some paleness in the rim, but a dark ruby overall. Dense jamminess, but acid lurks behind with bitterness. Some nice bitter fruits, very dry, very fruity and full.
