Port and music
While listening to a profile of the late, great Joe Strummer on Radio 6 earlier today, I discovered that he would take a couple of glasses of tawny to warm up his vocal chords before a gig. Anyone know of other musicians with a fondness for port?

My best renditions of Sunshine on Leith have always been preceded by a glass or two of Port.djewesbury wrote:While listening to a profile of the late, great Joe Strummer on Radio 6 earlier today, I discovered that he would take a couple of glasses of tawny to warm up his vocal chords before a gig.
