TPF Back Online!!

Post by DRT »

Our web hosting company had a major power outage on 10th February and have been experiencing various issues since which have resulted in TPF being unavailable until only a few moments ago. Hopefully the issues have now been fully resolved but if the site goes down again in the next few hours or days it will probably be related to this issue.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

There was a power outage at HeartInternet, which took down ThePortForum. TPF members are reminded that WebHostingStatus.com is HeartInternet’s page for acknowledging such problems, and giving updates on progress. Please add to your bookmarks — because you won’t be able to access this notice when you need WebHostingStatus.com.

The site looks different. A blue shade now with larger easier to read spacing and some other things. Much easier on the eyes than the old one.

I have just applied an upgrade to the software, Andy, which is incompatible with the current version of the TPF style. The style you see now (prosilver SE) will remain available should user wish to choose it once we apply the updated version of the PortForumRed style.
