Fonseca 1994

Post by pdgreeves »

I have a case of Fonseca 1994 bought I think from Berry Bros in 1994 which I would like to sell. It has been stored in a cool wine cellar since then. It's currently in Berkshire UK. Happy to answer any queries.

Have you a price in mind, given our standard advice that you should probably expect to be able to net about half retail price for a private sale? And are you very uninterested in drinking this?

Hmm. So how much have you netted for that wedding from your port transactions...?

Well I ended up with more cash than I started (45 per for the F94) but I can't seem to stop buying this stuff. I have only told the other half about one of the two transactions...

Excellent. Start as you mean to go on. Pretending to do anything else might be construed as being dishonest.

An excellent swap of juice courtesy of the resources of :tpf:

I believe it would be very rude of me not to. Will be watching this space closely!

There are a few of us gathering tomorrow night. I have even created placemats with sufficient headroom for last minute attendees...
