If you need help on Mar 8th getting things set up before 6pm let me know, should be able to work it!
it's really a matter of just calling up a few places and seeing if they'd be willing to accomodate us
alot of the guys i know are either booked that day or i just dont they'd be appropriate for a large party or, unfortunately, left the restaurant.

I seem to have a colleaue with a big restaurant network. I'm reaching out to a few of his contacts now.
JoshDrinksPort Port wine should perhaps be added -- A Trollope
I have the following wines to contribute to our lineup: Fonseca 1960, Fonseca 1963, Fonseca 1983. Please let me know which are still needed/desired, and if there are other gaps. By desired, I recognize the addition of these wines might change the cost, so we should review that detail.
What assistance can I provide in terms of placemats, glasses, etc for the tasting? How are we with #s? Do we need more people?
And finally, though this is the Annual ACPT tasting, we're doing a frickin' Fonseca vertical going back to the 50's. It deserves a majestic name. Any suggestions?

If you're including the '97, then the run would be '55 to '97, so the name could be "The Meaning of Life: 42 Years of Fonseca"?
