One could do this same thing to un-fortified wine, but, as with the Port, if I have done it before, it has been very rare.

The origin of the thing was, I suppose, laziness.

This evening the adults Wisemans drank Port. I did something unusual with the Port. I can’t be sure that I have never done it before, but if I have done it, I have done it very rarely.
