I think you are somewhat missing the point, Daniel. These glasses should be banned as they are a risk to public health. How on earth is someone with OCD supposed to cope under the stress caused by these stems? Those poor souls will be drinking from the sticky side all night with no clue how to resolve the problem. You've got to feel sorry for them that life plays these horrible tricks.

I had not factored this in. You are right, of course, again.

Re: IVDP glasses and square stems
You two win the top wonk competition hands down. A conversation on how to hold a port glass was one I had not considered possible.
Having accused you of being wonks I must confess to liking the knop on my otherwise unsuitable glass so much that I continue to use it.
Any chance of a picture of your IVDP's in action as one faintly autistic wonk to another? I've never seen one.

It doesn't look like the notches are too pronounced. I thought it looks quite a reasonable sized glass. Good thumb work.

And briefly the Man from Del Monte. The one on YouTube where the oranges all jump off the trees? That's him.

Quit yer moaning, the fact that Daniel has a direct if tenuous link with Blackadder is far more thrilling than how he holds his port glass. Visitors will pour in!
