Does that help me to understand whether I should bring something?

Is that for BMHR and DJ to drink alone?

I need to make the placemats for this. Which will require my re-reading the whole thread. Sigh.

I have no idea how many people will reach TBH but I intend to be one of them and will have a mag of emergency VP waiting when I get there. All who make it there are welcome to share in my emergency. If they choose to bring something with them that is for them to decide.

I have supplied JDAW with 750ml of What. We are two people (+RAB) but we went into conclave and decided that this was sufficient.

So far I believe we have DRT, AHB, JDAW, PW, DJ, RB attending TBH afterwards, with RAYC and WS busy elsewhere, CMAG attending BBR but unknown regarding afterwards, and THRA still looking for a ticket if anyone has a spare.

We have a magnum from DRT, a standard bottle from DJ, and I intend to bring 'something'; that should already provide an average of a half-bottle per person for 8 people. With the option for post-port beer also, this may be enough?

There is a suspicion that JDAW also intends to bring a Superlarge What (at least this was intimated earlier in the thread). I would agree with Phil and follow up, saying that I'm not sure this is necessary. A Normal or even Large What would be adequate. A Superlarge might leave us with an inelegant amount to consume in a short space of time.

Should we pre-order six emergency steak burgers, the cooking of which could be initiated by a phone call from a taxi?

Good idea, yes. But might THRA be joining us now? Might the order be 7?

The magnum of what has been double decanted and re-corked for transportation to London.

Colour = looks yummy.
Nose = smells yummy.
Taste = yummy.

Are we to be blind?

Steak burgers sounds like a good plan.

I will be at the port walk but unfortunately will be unable to attend the post event function at TBH

I have managed to grab a ticket from Rob so can attend TBH if there is space...as it was very short notice I only have some brown sticky stuff...assume that would be acceptable.
