St. Georges Day Off Line.

Post by Deleted_User_1 »

Hi Guys and Gals

Would anyone be interested in an informal gathering where some 'need to drink now' ...'low neck'... 'survival of the fittest'... or even... 'cellar lonlies' ...could be shared.

Venue: The Bell at Wendens Ambo...a favourite in TPF circles :tpf:

Date: Obviously Friday 23rd April 2010.

Everybody welcome.

Wait -- there are gals on this site?!

Cookie -- I love the idea, but I am fully booked on the 23rd (and no, it wasn't obvious to me when St. Georges day is). If the date is flexible, would be happy to attend, if not, take good notes and have a lovely time.

As far as I am aware ther are no French members here, so you are safe.

For more that one obvious reason, I must decalre that I am unable to attend a St George's Day Tasting. Ever.

Sadly, Wenden's Ambo on a Friday night is just never going to happen for me, whether or not it is St George's Day. Monday - Thursday night is a faint possibility.
